Your order is created and shipped from Honolulu Hawaii and for your security and piece-of-mind, we only ship to the billing address approved by your bank's credit card and to ask for your signature on delivery. Once we ship your order, we send an email with the tracking information.

All refunds are processed back to the original method of payment minus a 10% re-stocking & cleaning, and service fee. Please allow 2 - 3 weeks for your refund to be processed.

All jewelry must be unworn and in their original purchase condition, with product tags on, boxes and documentation, and shipped back to us within 30 days. Items that have been damaged; altered in any way or shown signs of wear and tear or signs of work done by other companies, will not be accepted for a return or exchange.

If you receive an obvious damaged package, please refuse the shipment or call us immediately. Please keep all packing materials for your records. Claims for damaged or missing items need to be reported within 3 days of receipt of your order. Nautical Gold Jewelry will not be responsible for lost or damaged returned shipments.

None Refundable Items: Custom made special orders are considered final sales not refundable. Engraved jewelry items made to order may not be returned. Diamonds purchased as part of a promotion or exclusive sale may not be returned for credit. Returns without a return authorization, C.O.D., and improperly or uninsured packages will be refused and returned to you.

Order Cancellation: If you change your mind, you may cancel order within 1-2 days without incurring any fees. If you call after you order has been shipped, it will be processed as a return and re-stoking fees will apply.
